Registration Information

Registration for the 2012-13 school year is now open.

This is for the all Preschool/Kindergarten Families . This registration is for both the preschool and kindergarten children.

All registrations will be online!  A link to the form is at the end of these instructions.

Please come to the office for help with the actual registration of your child if necessary. We will be happy to help you through the process. The office opens at 8:00 am each day.

Instructions:

• You will fill out a very simple online form. Parent/guardian name, email address, and phone are required.
• On the form, you will select the class(es) of your choice.
• After you complete the pre-registration form, you can download your full registration form. You can also pick up the full registration form in the office.

One (1) to Three (3) days after you pre-register, you must come into the office to:

• Bring in your filled out full registration form.
• Pay your registration fee.
• Pick up a State required Blue Health form to fill out.

Once all of these steps are taken, you are officially registered!
