Linda Matola

I moved to Tucson with my husband Bill, 13 years ago from Massachusetts and we have been happily married for 20 years.  I went back to school later on in my life, to finish my degree and I obtained a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Salem State College in MA.  After college, I worked in the public school system for two years in a kindergarten and first grade class as an aide for a special need student.  I then found employment in a private daycare center where I taught kindergarten for three years and I also was a part time assistant director.  I have always been involved in some way with children and I love being a part of young children’s lives, it makes me happy.

I raised two wonderful children who are now grown and successfully living on their own, my son lives in Boston MA and my daughter lives a little closer by, she lives in Scottsdale AZ.  I enjoy living in Tucson, I love the weather and I also enjoy traveling, cooking, horseback riding and taking zumba classes!

I am so excited about being here and being a part of TVLC preschool!  It was with God’s help that I was able to find such a wonderful place to work in and I am looking forward to this new adventure in my life.  I attend St. Pius Catholic Church and I feel that I am very blessed in my life.
